Amendment and Cancellation policy
You can cancel domestic flight bookings as per the Airlines cancellation policy for the issued fare. You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click the Cancel button. AP INTERNATIONAL will charge a Service charge of INR 250+CONVE. FEES per person per sector for Domestic Ticket & INR 1000+CONVE. FEES per person per sector for International Ticket over and above Airlines Cancellation Policy.
For Non-Refundable Tickets, below Cancellation Policy would be applicable.

Within 30 days of Departure Non-Refundable - All Tickets are Non-Changeable.
- Above mentioned cancellation charges is inclusive of Bestfares.co.in Service charge.
- Payment Gateway charges are Non-Refundable & Non-Adjustable.
- Above mentioned Cancellation policy is valid only for tickets booked through AP INTERNATIONAL.
Cancellation policy would be applicable as mentioned above.
Cancellation request to be raised between 10am-7pm only (Monday-Saturday) & 10am-4pm (Sunday). Any request raised after the mentioned timings will be reverted on the next working day.
It might take 7-10 working days for processing Refund.
Payment Gateway charges are Non-Refundable & Non-Adjustable.
Charged fare is totally agreed between “BUYER & SELLER”, any issues related to fares thereafter will not be entertained.
Check flight & passenger(s) details directly by logging / calling to the respective airlines, any dispute within 48 hours prior to departure will not be entertained.
No updates will be shared from our end in respect to flight cancellation / changes in timings, “BUYER” had to check directly with the respective airlines before departure.
The group ticket is 100% Non-Refundable, Non-Changeable & Non-Cancellable.
Payment due to Domestic/International Tickets for the credit to be made within 1 day or as per the Collection period notified by AP INTERNATIONAL from time to time.
Service charges levied are to be collected from the customers on our behalf.
(a) Any cancellation of the ticket will be entertained only during working hours. (b) If the payment is not made on time AP INTERNATIONAL can anytime cancel all the PNR’s/Tickets without any prior notice.
There will no adjustment of the refund in the payment schedule. The refund will be given back to the agent whenever we have received it from the airline.
TDS will be deducted as per the law. TDS will be deducted on all commissions/incentives. The TDS certificate will be issued in the next Financial Year.
The credit limit will be on a weekly basis depending upon the certain guarantees.
The User shall request AP INTERNATIONAL for any refunds against the unutilized or ‘no show’ air booking for any reasons within 10 days from the date of departure for the air ticket. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines and AP INTERNATIONAL as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 10 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
If user need the refund of unutilized balance in user’s account login, user have to send email for that to APINTERNATIONALDEESA@YAHOO.COM . Refund will be processed through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or CHEQUE only. Refund through CASH is not permitted.

What are the cancellation/amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to passed on to your account.
Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fees are payable as follows.
For all domestic bookings cancelled online, standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply. In addition, AP INTERNATIONAL will charge INR 250/- (plus CONVE. FEES) per person per sector for domestic flights and INR 1000/- (plus CONVE. FEES) per person per sector for international flights per booking as cancellation /amendment service fee from its customers.
The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and AP INTERNATIONAL assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact AP INTERNATIONAL for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the company_name. The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. Refunds would be processed through original mode of payment made to AP INTERNATIONAL
